The process of making

1. Customers choose their favourite watch style. After confirmation, contact our special customer service via email or WhatsApp.
2: You can fill in the content and requirements in the message service of the website.
3：After confirming the product style, customers need to pay 30% of the product price to customise a personalised ‘commemorative’ stamp with private signature.
4: The seal can be confirmed by the customer according to the design drawing provided by us, or the customer can completely provide his favourite seal pattern.
5: After the product customisation design is completed. At the time of shipment, customers are required to pay 35% of the product customisation payment. The remaining amount will be paid by the customer after receiving the goods.
6: If the customer receives the goods and finds that the design of the medallion is not in accordance with the requirements and needs to be modified. All responsibility will be borne by us.
